Thank You Moleskine

Mixy and I started a ‘Twin Planner Tradition’. I received mine in January and it turns out to have a few complications… January 1 came after January 21st, haha, and a few other things. Thankfully, Moleskine honors customer satisfaction so I wrote them about this booboo, included photos of proof then received an email from their Customer Care Representative and today received my new planner. Amazing how the defective one was bought in the US and I’m in the Philippines but they still sent the replacement! * high-five*

I really appreciate companies who value Quality and good customer service. Thank you Moleskine!
