bad to best days

today is one of those days when you wish you didn’t get out of bed in the morning because it would not be good anyway. i’ve been through a lot of these kinds of days and i’ve learned to fight for the bright side, intently looking for the happy side of it all that assures me that the day is not wasted. over the years, i’ve developed this ‘bounce back’ habit of simply seeing possibilities in problems and pressures. instead of losing power to things that is out of your control, actively choose what you see and focus on it so that you can take charge of the situation once more. there’s nothing wrong in having a bad day, it doesn’t always mean it’s your fault why you’re feeling lousy. but know for sure that when you wake up to a Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day, choose to see only the possibilities that surround you, and you’ll soon turn that day around and make it one of your best days yet! xx, E.
